From the DC Beltway - 495 •In Maryland, take Route 50 east •Across Bay Bridge ($2.50 toll eastward - free westward) Fast Toll works! •About 12 miles after Bay Bridge, Route 50 swings right •Follow 50 for about 6-7 miles, turn left at stop light on Route 404 •Stay on 404 about 30 miles to a light just before Bridgeville. Note signs directing you to a bypass around Bridgeville to Route 13. •Right on 13 to 2nd light in about a mile at gas stations – Left on Route 404 and/or 18. (Check out Elmer’s Vegetable Stand on left before next turn) •About 11 miles, turn right on Route 113 just past Delaware Technical College on right, •Continue on Route 113 about 11 miles, through Millsboro and turn left at light past Suburban Propane on left. You'll see signs to Bethany Beach. •Follow signs through Dagsboro, turn left on Route 26. You'll see signs to Beach. •Follow Route 26, 9 miles to stop light in Ocean View (Bank on right, Telephone Company Building on left. Turn Left at light on Central Ave. •Continue on Central Ave - it becomes Cedar Neck Road - about 3 miles to Quillen's Point Subdivision on right. •Turn right into subdivision •Turn right at first corner •Turn left into Bayberry Court, 2nd house on right •Point Tower is the high-rise in the woods on your right. 38824 Bayberry Court.
